I received this meditation from my spiritual team, and it has become part of my morning routine ever since. It takes less than five minutes, but I’ve learned that short meditations can be very affective.
Sit or stand as straight as you can, and take several deep breaths until you feel centered. When you are ready, tune into your heart center where you will encounter your soul. Take some time to notice the qualities of your soul. At this point, you can ask your soul for a message, or you can simply send gratitude to that divine part of yourself. Now, you can return to your day feeling empowered and centered.
This meditation can also be helpful in those moments when we feel as though we are lacking confidence, inner strength, wisdom, or compassion for ourselves.

What does it mean to live from the heart?

When you are truly living from your heart, it can be scary, but it can also be filled with joy and excitement. It requires us to give up the tendency to play it safe. In order to live from the heart, we must reach for our own dreams and desires despite what others may think. It’s not always an easy path to walk, but it’s definitely a rewarding one. It requires a great deal of faith in yourself as well as the divine, and it requires a great deal of humility because we are bound to make mistakes along the way.
However, if we live from the heart, we will find freedom because we are no longer bound by the expectations of others. Instead, we are discovering our true divine natures and living by our own expectations. If we follow our hearts, we can do what we came to this earth to do. I’m not suggesting that this path is always smooth, but I encourage you to give it a chance.

If you are familiar with the law of attraction, then you already know that affirmations, if used correctly and with other spiritual tools, can help you to manifest your desires. However, did you know that questions can be used as affirmations if traditional affirmations aren’t having the desired affect?
Neither did I! In fact, when I was first introduced to this concept, I nearly laughed. However, this practice transformed my approach to affirmations. Let me give you an example of how this works.
Have you ever said, either out loud or in your head, something like: “What’s wrong with me/this situation in my life?”

That is an example of a negative affirmation, and I’ve definitely been there! After several years of doing that, I finally had enough!I began to ask what was going well in my life.
My experience and outlook began to change. The changes in my life were not immediate. In fact, my perspective shifted gradually, and it definitely took some effort.
Affirmations are definitely not a quick fix or bandaid to cover deep emotional wounds. Now, if I feel like something is going wrong in my life, I take several deep breaths and ask: What is going right? I do this several times until I begin to raise my vibration, and from this state, I can either let the situation go if it is out of my control or take action on the things that I can. Then, everything that is going right in my life is not only reflected back to me, but it is magnified! Isn’t that much more fun than dwelling on all of the perceived wrongness in your life? I dare you to try it!

Hello, everyone! I received some more guidance that I’d like to share with all of you. In order to be successful, there are two essential things that need to happen. First, it is important to be in a state of gratitude as much as possible. Second, in order to be truly successful, it is important to listen to our intuition and take action according to your inner guidance. If we do these two things, we are able to create success for ourselves.
It may take some time and effort, but the journey is definitely worth it!

During meditation, I received some guidance that I wanted to share, and I hope it is beneficial to you in some way. Focus on joy and success rather than fear and stress.
Yes, I can already hear some people telling me that this is easier said than done. However, this doesn’t have to be the case. Ask yourself these two questions:
How can I bring more joy into my life? How would my life change if I focused on joy and success for just five minutes each day?
If you don’t feel able to do this right now, that’s okay. Alternatively, you may want to start by asking yourself what is keeping you from allowing more joy and greater success into your life. Remember that you always have a choice when it comes to how you want to experience life. You owe it to yourself to choose a life of joy and success. Yes, it is truthat you may have days when nothing seems to go your way, but you can still choose your reaction to those experiences.

While I cannot offer specific solutions to our political situation, I can offer my perspective. I will let you, the reader, decide what to do with this information.
As I see it, there are three ways to approach our political situation. There is the passive approach, where some may claim that certain issues do not affect them. However, this approach can be dangerous. Since we are all a part of the whole and we cannot be separated from one another or from God, these issues definitely affect each and everyone of us.
We can also approach our current political situation by becoming aggressive and disrespect one another. However, this approach is likely to inflame the situation and affect relationships.
However, why not explore a more empowering perspective? As someone who is invested in her own spiritual development, I cannot deny the power of spiritual practice. I also believe that there are peaceful ways to support a cause. If I were to come up with an empowering solution, it would include spiritual practice and supporting causes in a way that is respectful. Remember that if we want a peaceful world where our beliefs are respected, it starts with each and every one of us.

three benefits of asking for and receiving help

In our society, there is this idea that we have to take on as many tasks and obligations as possible, preferably without anyone’s help.
While independence is an important value of mine, it can be taken to extremes, and this could have consequences for us.
First of all, we can become completely overwhelmed if we try to do everything by ourselves. This could decrease our energy and increase our stress levels. Also, when we ask for and receive help from others, we are allowing those people to be of service to us.
The third benefit to asking for and receiving help is that we actually increase our ability to receive abundance and prosperity. This is because we are literally telling the universe that we are open and willing to receive. Doesn’t that make asking for and receiving help much more exciting?
