how to use journalling as a manifesting tool

Although I have resisted journaling as a spiritual practice for a while, I have to admit that it is a powerful tool for healing and growth. Recently, I’ve been inspired to use journaling as a tool for setting intentions for the day. This exercise only takes a few minutes, and it can be very powerful.
Either first thing in the morning or prior to going to bed, I journal about the upcoming day as if I’ve already experienced it. After completing this exercise, I’ve found that a majority of my intentions had come to pass. However, there were one or two of my intentions that haven’t manifested because I allowed my mind to convince me that they wouldn’t happen. If you plan to try this exercise, don’t be discouraged if your intentions don’t manifest right away.
Sometimes, we allow our minds to sabotage our efforts. Also, the universe needs time to work its magic.
